Talkya Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Talkya is operated by I ATTRACT LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when people visit Talkya websites, contact us, connect business accounts, or use Talkya services for healthcare practice operations.
Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide, such as name, email address, phone number, practice name, role, message content, scheduling details, and service interests.
When a customer or authorized admin connects a third-party platform, such as Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, or a business messaging provider, we may receive account identifiers, business portfolio identifiers, page or profile identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account information, phone number information, message template information, webhook events, message content, message status, media metadata, and permissions needed to provide the connected service.
For paid or contracted services, we may collect business contact details, billing-related records, support messages, configuration details, audit logs, device/session metadata, and security logs. Production healthcare workflows may include patient or practice data only under the applicable customer agreement and access controls.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, provide customer support, configure and operate Talkya services, route messages, automate allowed workflows, maintain audit logs, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal, security, and contractual obligations.
For WhatsApp and Instagram integrations, we use platform data only to provide the connected customer service, such as helping a client send and receive messages, manage templates, route conversations to staff, configure webhooks, maintain delivery/status records, and manage connected business assets inside Talkya. We do not sell Meta, WhatsApp, or Instagram platform data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Healthcare and sensitive data
Talkya is designed for healthcare practices, but this public website should not be used to submit protected health information or patient records. Production healthcare workflows require approved workspaces, role-based access, security controls, and customer agreements, including business associate agreements where applicable.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide and support the service, comply with law, protect security, or follow customer instructions. Service providers may include hosting, database, messaging, analytics, scheduling, payment, email, and communication providers. These providers are allowed to process information only for the services they provide to us.
When a customer connects a third-party platform, information may be exchanged with that platform according to the permissions the customer approves and that platform's own terms and policies.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, customer support, security, legal, audit, and business purposes. Customers may request deletion of eligible account or integration data by contacting us.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete eligible information by emailing us. You can also disconnect integrations through the relevant platform settings or by asking Talkya support for help.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfect, but we work to limit access, monitor important activity, and keep customer data protected according to the service being provided.
Children
Talkya services are intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The updated policy will show a new "Last updated" date.
